Hi, if I purchased this Chrome extension. Are there any kind of limits on using?

It doesn’t work. Support is slow. There’s no proper channel for assistance. They don’t generate or send the license code. They request remote access. The time zones don’t match. When they’re working, I’m offline. If it used to be simple, it’s no longer so. Disappointed with the new changes that I haven’t even been able to test.

They need to change the way they activate the product.

Hi, I really think the way the extension worked was the best solution I’ve ever used.

I understand that the migration using a Node.js server and Next is an advancement, especially with the integration with the Bright Data API.

Activation has always been a procedure that occasionally needed to be done with support, and they have always been efficient.

However, I have been requesting activation since March 6th.

I have already sent an email, the email responds to contact them on WhatsApp, and WhatsApp asks me to be added to a WhatsApp group, and so far they haven’t activated my license.

I would have already bought a second license, but I haven’t even been able to verify how the product behaves in this new environment.

This has been a constant complaint, and the answers to all questions seem like a copied and pasted phrase.

I recognize the effort to improve the product, but they need to improve support, or change the way they monitor licenses.

Those who adopt this type of solution usually need it and use it constantly. This delay is bad for everyone involved.

I purchased the Google Maps Business Data Scraper – Chrome Extension from this provider. After using it a few times, I started having problems; nothing worked anymore. After contacting their support team, it turns out the product is no longer available, and they offered me a new version of their software even though I had already paid for the previous one!
