Hi, I know that the support time I paid for is over but the extension has stopped working again. I have followed the usual steps: open chrome with vpn from USA and set the browser language to English, but it doesn’t work again. I see that the businesses are opened one by one but it does not record their information to be able to download the data in a csv. I need to use it again as soon as possible, can you tell me how can we do it? Thank you very much and best regards

Is not working. After clicking on the start button, navigation through the places on the map starts, but the table shown in the pop-up is not filled in, as shown in the video. Even clicking to download doesn’t work either.

Hi,

I have purchased and added the extension to chrome version 107.0.5304.110 (Build oficial) (arm64) in two different laptops (following the guide you ease with the .zip file) but it doesn’t save the records. I see how it browse every business, but it doesn’t save anything in the table of the popup.

I have done everything in the guide, which by the way is quite simple. Maybe this extension doesn’t work with the version of chrome I have, maybe it doesn’t work with mac.

Any further information will be thanked.

Solved! Hamid helped me and now we know that it will get the data without any trouble just using an vpn that rends the browser’s data in english.

Does the file available in codecanyon already have the latest update with the field breakdown? That’s right, the files were not updated by Envato. https://prnt.sc/XPIGb7-gDbvI I noticed that in the video, the exported file with the results also has the Mobile column with NULL values. This phone information is a highlighted item in the company’s advertisement https://prnt.sc/yZnfhIMSeDHB which can be a phone or mobile. It would be important for this information to be captured in a separate column. Data mining is related to marketing actions. And prospecting through WhatsApp has proven to be the most efficient way.
