This looks interesting. I have a very complex form that I need to build. Can I use conditional select fields with this script? In other words, can I show/hide fieldsets based on an option value in a select field? Thank you.

Quite a good product.
a) can I add extra fields to the Signup form and then pass that easily back to my following more details signup screen which is in ASP.
b) I see you pick up the Country which is good, I presume using IP ?
What about States and Cities from Google – integrated ? Or at the very least Google Address integrated ?

Ans a : Yes you can add a extra field or button whatever you want. This form is easily customizable. You can link the form with any other webpage as well.
Ans b: No this country list isn’t collected via any API. This is just a static form and there every data is static. But you can integrated google API if you want.
