In order for the Contact Form 7 to be compatible with our plugin, you must add the use_label_element tag at your checkbox and radio element.

For example:

[radio radio-761 use_label_element default:1 "Topping 1" "Topping 2"]
[checkbox checkbox-17 use_label_element "Topping 1" "Topping 2"]

This is due to the fact, that thrive, by default removes extra CSS from the header. To solve this:

1. Open the problematic page with the thrive builder
2. Click the Settings button on the top right part of your screen
3. Click Advanced Settings
4. Click CSS in the head section
5. Click the checkbox option Do not strip CSS from head
