Is it not possible to book a table for hours or a day rather then multiple people can book same table same time.

1. This is an add-on of FoodBook, it’s not an individual plugin. This add-on will not work without FoodBook https://codecanyon.net/item/foodbook-online-food-ordering-system-for-wordpress/27669182 Moreover, it supports any WordPress theme.
2. It supports Elementor. Also, supports any other page builders.
3. For this feature you need to use FoodBook Multi-delivery Fees Add-on https://codecanyon.net/item/foodbook-multidelivery-fees-addon/31824135 along with FoodBook https://codecanyon.net/item/foodbook-online-food-ordering-system-for-wordpress/27669182
