I used onesignal before and the costs were prohibitive even today. With your plugin, can you edit the link where the push notification goes, to take it to another website? I go to a demo website but it only asks for SMS and the web push doesn’t appear, why? I have read that you need an application on Google Play so that push notifications can be sent to a user, is this true?
Hi there, notifications can only link to domain where is has asked for permissions. Please test our demo in not an iFrame. You do not need a google play app.

These are just warnings, no errors. They show, that you did not set an icon / logo in our plugin settings. Please add the icon and the error will be gone. For next update we will add a check if you set one.

I don’t understand, in the table (https://www.welaunch.io/en/knowledge-base/faq/supported-devices-fire-push/), you say that it is compatible with Safari for MAC OS, but in the sentence below you say Safari browser is not supported???
I bought it counting on sending notifications to Safari….
Safari for iOS is not supported, but on desktop PC it will work 
But it didn’t work in any of the Safari Desktop I tested…. And I released all notifications.

1.Can please guide how do we send SMS/Whatsapp when form gets submitted?
2.Also, by any chance can we set cronjob/reminder to send SMS/whatsapp until the status gets closed.

I am slightly confused on where and when the pop up happens. Can i set it to only happen on a paticulat page using a shortcode or trigger and do I have the option to not use the sms option and just use desktop push. If yes will the phone number field dissapear.

The popup will show on all pages when a user has not made a choice before. The sms functionality can be turned off in plugin settings.

Our plugin uses the Google Firebase already to send push notifications. But we do not have custom auto notifiatications. Only auto notifications when a post is published for example.
We do a live podcast and we have a static live player page. Is there a way of sending a push notification to users when we go live. In other words if we have 100 people who accept web push notifications. Can we send them notification linking to the live player page and send to all.
Do you mean sending a notification to ALL your subscribers? That of course is possible with a custom notification message, that you can send in our plugin settings.

Submission limits…for example…no one signal…the free plan is 1k of leads. then I have to keep creating several api, to put.
I want one that’s like… I can fill in 50,000 leads from people and they send it.
Well there are NO limitations, but your server needs to be able to handle this amount of sending. It may requires some time and resources to send notifications to 50.000 users even tough we use the firepush API.

This was very useful plugin unless you had considered my issue that it failed to deliver more than approximate 420 push notification. The rest of my subscribers always got deleted because I didn’t realized this issue before and choose to remove failed subscribers. Also, we cannot target users by Country segment and you haven’t updated this plugin fixing issues and adding new features! Otherwise, I always liked using this plugin before!!

I need a customization in this plugin, let me know what will be the addon charges. I want to show gravity form entries as push notification when someone fillin the form. Also these entries are based on user registration and entries alloted to the users are user specific. So is it possible for you to amend this plugin in a way where push notification will be user specific and login users will get their entries push notifications only.
