These forms are just CSS forms, no any php code included, you will have to include php in it by yourself.

Faster Respond that i never have.
So f i don’t want the tooltip i just take off the bootstrap js and css file
not the css file, just js file or you can turn it off from “script.js” file by just removing the tooltip initializing lines
