I have a question about optimization. Are files loaded immediately with the website, or are they only downloaded (e.g. with Ajax or opened in another website) when the user clicks on the chat and starts a conversation?
Ok i bought and it’s working good.
I have another question. After clicking on Start Chat, can the user go straight to the application? Now a new browser window opens for me and only after clicking it goes to the Messanger application
And the last question. Is it possible to change the default chat language? After clicking on the phone, it shows me a window with the English version

2. As for the Start Chat button, this modification can be achieved with custom CSS codes. We kindly recommend you to contact your web-developer for the implementation.

Each of your plugins leaves database entries after uninstallation, which are really hard to delete! A good plugin, but it shouldn’t be that you have to fumble through the database manually.

We would like to inform you that a lot of users delete plugins manually, for example, while updating the plugin. This way, it would be a disaster if all created widgets would be deleted in this situation. This being said, we would like to assure you that the table with widgets in the database has no impact on anything as the widget’s config is really small.

“no impact on anything”. OK, but the problem is that it’s one of the few plug-ins that leaves a cluttered database behind. Compatibility of your plugins with many popular themes is also questionable, such as The7. Each theme update ends with a non-theme related message: Warning:

You can change it in the settings: please select Content tab -> Chat Header -> Caption -> then choose between default options of Reply Time or add your Custom caption.

1. Sure, you can change both Chat Bubble and Start Chat button text on Content tab in your plugin’s settings. You can find this option in Chat Bubble and Start Chat Button sections accordingly.
2. The Bubble icon can also be changed in Chat Bubble section on Content tab.
3. Our plugin is basically an interface that connects your website to Facebook Messenger, so there’s no way to get redirected somewhere else apart from Facebook Messenger.
4. Yes, you can add widgets’ shortcodes for each page separately.

Hi, i activated your plugin on my dev site but forgot to deactivate it when I migrated the site. I have deleted my dev site and am unable to deactivate the license. Is there a way to revoke a license so i can deactivate it on the dev domain and activate it to the live one?

Unfortunately, the activation code is not provided for items downloaded from Envato Elements. The activation code is basically the purchase code you get when you purchase a license on CodeCanyon, so to get one you need to purchase a regular license. However, the activation is only required to give you access to automated updates and support, but it doesn’t affect the functionality in any way. So you’re very welcome to use the plugin without activating it.

As for the license, yes, unfortunately, it is not provided for Envato Elements users, and so automatic updates are not available for you. This is the Envato rule, and we have to abide for it.
The same goes for the issue – unfortunately, support is not provided for Envato Elements items, according to the Envato policy. However, this conflict is most likely related to z-index settings of the items in question, so you might want to look in this direction.
