No customer support at all. They never respond to you at all. Beaware of this developer. I purchased their software a year ago and it didn't work. I contacted them several times but they ignore my messages. DON'T waste your money and buy this software. It is useless Never worked with me. I didn't get my refund yet even after reporting it to VodeCanyon.

Customer support finally contacted me and took care of the issue.
I was struggling with activation of key and asked for support at night and concerned person contacted very next day. overall excellent product. worth it. Also in case possible can you guys provide contact number if have to contact in india
The support is very bad, I have been asking for a change to my license for more than 2 weeks and they have not answered me at all.
