Is there a specific format or name of the columns or rows in the Excel document to be able to be imported? When I try to upload a document with more I get a 500 error. I followed all the instructions in the documentation.

We buy the item (Export/Import – MySQL Data ) from 06-03-2021. It was working fine for all our export/import till date.
From today we face issues for getting it work. We can not Import/Export the Excel file. It is always 0KB.
So what we want to know, is it a any version issue or something more. As it is a Regular license, so there does not need any upgrade.
Please let us know ASAP.

Still not working … when importing an excel (xls) file, i get the following error:
SQLSTATE22007: Invalid datetime format: 1366 Incorrect integer value: ‘Irelan’ for column `themepos_exportimport_db`.`imported_data`.`Price` at row 1
OR do we need to follow a certain format for the excel file? since the error seems to be related to a format?

Greetings. I didn’t notice when I was demoing the script…but now that I have it it doesn’t seem like it supports drag/drop of files for importing. Is that right? The way the pages are designed it would suggest you can drag/drop, but it isn’t working for me on any browser type. Please advise.
My item is not supported drag/drop option. I will include drag/drop option in future.
