We buy the item (Export/Import – MySQL Data ) from 06-03-2021. It was working fine for all our export/import till date.

From today we face issues for getting it work. We can not Import/Export the Excel file. It is always 0KB.

So what we want to know, is it a any version issue or something more. As it is a Regular license, so there does not need any upgrade.

Please let us know ASAP.

Hello!, i just want to know if there is an option to update if key exist. So if an existing key is already in the table just update the fields. if the key is not existing proceed to insert the full row. To avoid data duplication. Thank you!

Greetings. I didn’t notice when I was demoing the script…but now that I have it it doesn’t seem like it supports drag/drop of files for importing. Is that right? The way the pages are designed it would suggest you can drag/drop, but it isn’t working for me on any browser type. Please advise.

Hi, I bought this app thinking I can use it to import a CSV into an existing DB. The CSV and the DB have the same fields exactly.

In the dbconnection.php I entered my db credentials. Then when clicking on export, I get Fatal error: Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘a6b7efb2_crud.excelexport’ doesn’t exist in html/sqlimportexport/ps-excel-export-data-list.php:78 Stack trace: #0

So this suggests I need a special table in my DB ?

The documentation only talks about a demo db, not anything else.

Please help, I need this working asap.

By reading your sales page in codecanyon I can’t get quite enough for the use case of this app. I see it says “import/export – MYSQL Data” and I also bought it but I feel something is missing.. specially documentation is not clear. Work on showing the use case of this tool to your prospective buyers and try to improve documentation to get more sales. Share some use case in short at least please. What’s the difference of these demo1/ demo 2/demo 3/.. ?

I have purchased an installed with success. I have a question, when I import how can I change the table name other than “imported_data”. For example Mysql table name is “purchase_no” and have 3 fields (no, po_no, invoice_no) and I want to import data from my excel file.
