I have just bought this template. There is a how to run this project.mp4 file. When I open this file it shows some arabic letters “There is only ALLAH etc.”..this is scary…is this a virus 
what if this damages my Macbook ? Need immediatley an answer ! I can send you a screenshot or whatever you want…I want my money back !

The Arabic letters you see in the video (“There is only ALLAH etc.”) is just the wallpaper or background of the system from which the video was recorded. This is not a virus and it does not pose any threat to your MacBook. The video is a guidance video meant to show you how to run the project you purchased.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund based on the content of the wallpaper in the video. However, if the product you received does not match the description, video demo, or demo APK provided, we are more than happy to issue a full refund. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I have paid for a runnable App. This App is not running…no matter what I do. Old packages…incompatible packages..bugs…I don’t know where the issue is. this is annoying..help me to get this App running or I want my money back >:(
