Sorry to say you, but all your requirement can’t be possible. You can make events and assign the tickets to them. And can take Payments using single Payment gateway “PayPal”. You can also use Free version to test the plugin working which is available on wordpress.org with the name of “Event Monster”.
Pre-purchase question. Does this plugin allow for people who have already registered and paid for an event to login and edit their registration? Example: A person has registered for an event that has various seminars (each with a different cost) initially they didn’t register for any of the seminars but after the registration they decide to add on a seminar. Can they login and add the seminar to their registration?

waiting list feature, lets users to be automatically put to a stand-by list for the event that is fully booked , and when some attendee cancels, the first registered list member gets a notification that there is free spot and let’s him attend to the event automatically or manually, as set by the admin.
Make sense, but this feature not available. Sometimes ideas come when the user provide the scenario.

Some presales questions, I’ve tried a lot of event plugins and nothing has worked so far. The UI looks very clean and nice here but not seeing a few features.
1. I don’t see a front end event form? Is this planned? If so is it or can it be made role based so only WP subs can submit?
2. For front end submissions if supported does it allow for payments via paypal that third party (submitter) has established? Multivendor…
3. Can it be setup to create a standard WP post_type (not your extended post types) for new events?
4. Woocommerce integration?

Did you try the whole demo of the plugin?
Ans. 1: You can show Event s a list and individual using shortcode, On event details when going a little bit down than a Registration button appears for registration. Registration isn’t based on WP Roles, all visitors/user can register on the event.
Ans. 2: Plugin only single payment gateway which is PayPal.
Ans. 3: Plugin based on CPT . So, for creating a new event you need to create a post in plugin CPT.
Ans. 4: That is not available.

I want to make a website for tutors publish their availability to go for private lessons.
- So on one side: Tutors can register and mark their availability in a calendar.
- On the other side: parents marks day and time in a frontpage calendar and they get a list result with people available those days.
Would be that possible?

Yes, This is already in Event Monster.
When someone wants to buy a ticket he needs to fill a booking form and in that form, the Email field is necessary to fill, if he will not fill email field then booking will not complete.

This feature is not available in Event Monster- you cannot search event but google map.

Sorry! at that time system not support iDeal payment gateway. The plugin provides external payment option where you can set external payment URL to pay using another Payment System. In that case, you need to approve booking manually. Thanks

But, in this method, you need to approve booking manually according to payment received. You can test Payment With External Link into the plugin on the demo site.
