The plugin is supported and this year it will receive major updates. As of now I can not share any details but it will be bundled with one of my themes as a support plugin and the idea is to keep improving WPJM via this plugin.

What does “Invite Candidate to Apply” mean in this product of yours?
Cant people already share their job listing on social media or a link so that people can apply for work?
