I just purchased this plugin and wordpress will not install. I see a lot of problems with this. Do you have a fix for this? if Not how do i get my refund?

We’re coming up on 3 years since an update has been released for this plugin. It appears to be causing compatibility issues with either the latest WordPress OS and/or PHP 8.1+.
Can you please release an update ensuring compatibility with current and future releases of WordPress and PHP so it can continue to be used?

After some updates this plugin stopped working for me… I am getting a JavaScript error in the console that says “Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘n.pictures.sizes’)”

1. From what I’ve read on the item details page, this plugin has a Gutenberg block, correct? 2. There is a playlist layout similar to this https://demo.plugins360.com/automatic-youtube-gallery/theme-playlister/ (the first layout with thumbnails on the side), correct? 3. Does this plugin have the feature to add vimeo videos by ID or url? So we are not just showcasing vimeo videos from 1 channel, but we can add any vimeo videos by listing the IDs.

Our Vimeo Gallery plugin is just an interface that displays the playlist the same way it is displayed on your Vimeo Channel. This being said, the plugin itself doesn’t sort anything and displays the playlist the same way it is in your source.

any plans of launching an update…there are couple of issues on grid mode. the video pop opens in the fixed spot not on the top of the video on which we click on for zoom in….also the background screen completley freezes when the video shows up in pop-up

I just purchased your plugin which is one of the best plugins in terms of use. However, I need to restrict some videos in the gallery for an opt-in subscription. As there is no control in the plugins setting page and the video gallery is coming through a shortcode I am unable to restrict my videos individually. Is there any way to achieve my goal through your plugin settings or by customization a plugin a little bit? If yes, please let me know I would be very thankful for your assistance.

Hi, just purchased and setup the plugin. Looks great but it won’t show any of my vimeo showcases even after successfully connecting the account.
It started working.
Is there a way to make it auto play the next video on mobile without auto playing the first video on load? Also, is it possible to have multiple players on a page? It seems like this doesn’t work properly either.

Will this plugin update the title and description of Vimeo clips, that have been added to Wordpress pages, when the Vimeo clip title/description is altered?
So … I changed the description in Vimeo and our Wordpress page (with the elfsight vimeo shortcode) did not update. I’ve come back hours later and found the changes have now appeared. I did clear caches previously … so how long should it take for changes on the Vimeo site to appear on the Wordpress site?

Hi, the popup position is not within the visible area. When I click on one of the videos in the widget, see here at the bottom of the page (https://underplay.de/relaunch/schauspieler/burak-yigit/) the popup is not within the viewport. Of course this is not an acceptable solution. Please check.

Does this plugin work with private videos (videos set to “Hide this video from vimeo.com”)? We’re having trouble finding a plugin that allows to feed in private videos and since we sell our videos we can’t make them public. If not, do you have concrete plans to implement that feature?
