hello, presale question please, is it possible to add background slider for a section with images and videos together? For example, a section should have both images and videos as slider. is this possible with your plugin?

Hey, I recently purchased this hoping it might allow me to use full-screen video on mobiles, however it isn’t appearing.
When I use Elementor’s video embed, it appears on iOS fine, just not with your plugin?
I notice it states “Works with mobile devices” in the features to your plugin, so wasn’t sure if I’ve got it 100% right or not?

The video is not showing or playing on the mobile, it is muted and doesn’t have any sound, you haven’t mentioned on description that videos won’t play on mobile.
Well its how it works, some mobile device don’t allow to play video mainly because of data policy. So it’s not in control of plugin. Autoplay is doesn’t supported in mobile OS. So we cant guarantee that.

Hi, No, by default audio are mute which is requirement in some browser to auto play and also for mobile devices. So you cant play it.

This plugin has nothing to do with custom post types. Its simple it can show image or video whatever you set.

Hi there, We used Elementor Background Image & Video Slider to create a slider using youtube videos. We need to add an overlay over the video and image slides. I understand this is possible as plugin the details say – “You can add any Elementor element on slider to show as content”. But I’m not able to find any such facility in the slider settings. Any pointer on this will be helpful. Thanks.

I have this on one site withe the same set up but it does not work on the other. Could this be a license issue. The site is not live yet so i was waiting to buy another licence since I am not sure I need it. Bit is that´s why it doesn´t work?

Hi ! I bought Image & video slider for elementor and it works great except one little error in first 3 seconds loading the page.
Slider consists of few images, and in first 3 (until second slider is loaded) there is an error where image is not previewed in fill proportion. I tried with different picture with exact proportions, but no luck.

hi team, I want a different section background image to display everytime a page is loaded (or at least at every session). Is this something your plugin can do?
It cant show different images on load, but you can upload 4-5 images you need and can set randomize order and it will show random every time you load page.

I didn’t realize it was single use only. How does it keep track though? I don’t remember entering license information or telling it which site I’m using it on.
Well you don’t need to add license key it will work. But legally you should have separate copy per site to use it.

This is a client website under construction and I can not give you that details. Sorry. Can you help me anyway? Is there a way to make the background images ‘fixed’ like default section background images in Elementor?

It might be better to just give instructions for others to see. These features obviously aren’t included.
Well I haven’t mentioned anywhere that there is option for fallback image, its hard to setup in existing structure as I support image and video at the same time.
I can surely consider this for future version but no issue, if you not satisfied with plugin then I never refuse to give refund if its not fit your requirement or not working. Normally I try to support and if still not works I always approve refund, So let me know.

Without a fallback image it’s useless on mobile as background videos aren’t supported I’m afraid. I already asked for a refund and you denied it.

This plugin is causing my site to show me “500 internal error” messages. It is not working at all. I am using realhomes theme by realhomes.io
I have determined that it is the plugin causing the error because the problem resolves it self after deactivating the plugin manually via cpanel.
