Please I noticed that the offline gateway that comes with Ekattor 8, is not working when I activated the finance add-on. Please how can I fi this? I want the offline payment available.
Finance addon bundle clearly doesn’t mention whether the students fees is collected in super admin’s payment gateway or to their respective school’s gateway – please request you to provide more information sir.

The Finance addon bundle facilitates subscription payments exclusively through the superadmin panel. However, the collection of student fees is managed through the admin panel, allowing each respective school to handle their payments.

1. I just purchased this addon, but I am not impressed with the UI at all, or maybe is my system or browser that is showing me something else this is what I have there https://prnt.sc/HMaj4q4fMWm0 which looks so confusing
2. I can not find where to set up offline payment, like adding account details. When I try to upload proof of payment from a registered school, I can not approve it from the Super-Admin dashboard, it shows error 500
The offline payment is needed as an alternative to Paystack which works with Nigeria Naira currency not available at the moment.

Couple of question with is module, Why payment cannot be made in partial amount, parents could pay amount in partial due to various reason and does this create invoice automatically every month from the installation that i have seems like we need to generate manually. also I think you can remove restriction on payment module where its needs to be in full amount. As said you cannot force parents to make payment in full this is does not seem bit practical to me.

I think bank transfer method should available, I dont think a payment through Paypal and other online gateway is appropriate
