Hi I have used this plugin in the backend to help structure my Permalinks, but it is having no effect on the front end of my website.
My theme uses the slug https://dubaibusinessdirectory.ae/listing-categories/ I am wanting in to display as https://dubaibusinessdirectory.ae/category/category-name/
In the EDD advanced plugin options I have set it to Category based Then set the archive slug to: https://dubaibusinessdirectory.ae/listing-categories/ Then the category base to: https://dubaibusinessdirectory.ae/category/category-name/ Please help.

It works as example.com/product-name/.
This is what is recommended for SEO. Clean URL!

I am getting a 404 error for my EDD post URLs if I use this and select any option other than item/ postname meaning only “Available Structures”=>Postname is working which is just the default.
Can you look into this to see if the plugin is still working with the latest versions of EDD and Wordpress since it is not working for me?

I discovered the issue. It was conflicting with another plugin “Custom Post Type Permalinks”. I removed the other plugin and it is working now. Can I please make a request. Can we allow a structure like item/author/category/post-name ? Author & Category based?
