Your script is complex to install on any cPanel, and the fee you’re asking for help is ridiculous. Many other companies offer the same script without asking for ridiculous fees.

Please do not misunderstand the budget we provided without sharing the full scope of the requirements. We clearly asked you for your requirements, and you informed us that you required a full server setup — which is not the same as assistance with codebase setup. Accordingly, we provided the budget based on your stated requirement. It is not fair to compare the cost of a full server setup with the support required for codebase setup.
Over the past two weeks, the only update we received from you was: “I am still having a problem with this installation.” Unfortunately, this is not enough information for us to diagnose or resolve your issue. In order to help you effectively, we need more specific details about the error or problem you are facing.
Without sufficient information, it is not reasonable to place blame on either the script or our support service. We are fully ready and willing to assist you, but we can only do so if you provide the necessary details.
Kindly reply within the same support email thread, instead of starting a new email each time, and provide a clear problem statement so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Currently, we noticed that you have uploaded all files from the CodeCanyon package. However, you should only upload the codebase files to your server’s root directory.

Without proper evidence that the issues stem from our CMS, a refund cannot be justified. If your hosting server is not responding properly, this is not a fault of our CMS.

Based on our observations, the content update issues do not seem to stem from our product. It is likely related to your server response and network conditions.
We kindly request that you resolve the server-side issues, as the content upload process is heavily dependent on server performance and network connectivity. Once these are functioning properly, everything should work as expected.

Yes, our CMS can be used to build a blog website. We also have plans to include a comment feature for the blog module, which will allow users to leave comments and provide their email addresses. This feature will be part of a future release. However, please note that the current version does not have a signup/sign-in process, which may or may not meet all of your requirements.
From our experience, a personal blog website can be easily managed with the current capabilities of the CMS.

Good afternoon! I am having troubles with the usage of the Admin Panel. Here is the list of things that didn’t work correctly: 1 – Settings -> Global -> Site Title Doesn’t update on the site, though the value in the input field updates 2 – Menu Tried to update the default menu items, but changes didn’t apply. Tried to create the new one and delete the default menu, and menu in the website disappeared at all (though the new one is created, has some items assigned, is active and has the same name as the deleted one).

Hello, I have some issues I forget to pay my hosting providing on time and got my files deleted, after many attempts they recovered my files and everything but my website that was using this script it just stopped working, i believe is that because they gave me a new server with only my files. my question is there any way you guys can fix my website ? i believe its only reinstall all the necessities on my server but i do not want to loose my old website because i change some code and can’t write it back so maybe you guys can help me installing the existing website on my server.
