Hi, I bought the script and installed everything right. I’ve put the script on the websites and the comment section is loading okay. The problem is, when I login the comment box refreshes but it still shows me like I am not logged in. When I comment, it says You must be logged in. Can I get help here? I do not want to create an account for support ticket.

Hi, You can integrate it by setting the auth variables. https://support.akbilisim.com/docs/easycomment/usage#configure-the-code Please see “Using existing auth system” section below. With these variables you can set user data from your script.

I have one little problem : i try to open as member my profile and setting and i keep getting Error: “The server returned a 500 Internal Server Error – Something is broken”. please advise what is the solution to see my profile and setting as a member… beside that i am very happy with your app, it’s amazing.
SOLVED – thanks – the solution was found in Php config – need to set it to php 7.3 – the php7.2 is not working for this. thanks again for this great app. goodluck

I have 2 pre sale questions: 1. is it possible to turn off the comments approval so that the comments are should without having to be approved first? 2. I your demo I am required to login before posting a comment? Can this also be turned off, so that the user can post comments without having to login first?

Hi, 1. Yes you can turn off approval system on the admin panel settings. 2. We support guest comments. Users can comment without login. You can also turn on this option in the settings.
