What ever I tried to do I canot get this working. First time, mentire database got ruined. Then i tried intalling seperately on a subdomain, but I a receiving an Internal 500 server error, and if i try to put it in subdirectory of my website and try to install it like that, it says that its installed, but when try to go to admin, it takes me to page saying “ook’s like you need the configure database connection. Please check easyComment-folder/app/install.ph”, which i already did, and then i can go in circle like that like an idiot..

Has anyone actually EVER got this up and running? I have been having all kinds of issues. Whats the sense of this so-called support thread if NO solutions are posted for the aid of purchasers! It’s a waste of time. Envato NEVER gives refunds. I have purchased several times here and have had issues with 5 of them, this being one. Please put the reply ability on here so customers might be able to aid each other if the developer won’t!

You have to login to make comments correct? Can it be made without a login to make a comment and can you limit comments to a certain amount per page? Looks like good software.

That being said, for anyone who has had trouble installing the script and getting the following message after navigating to /app/admin/index.php just go to: /app/configuration/cong.ini and enter your DB details there. Seems to work after that.

I forgot my admin password. How do i reset my password? I want to login to update the script.

HI there, great comment script but have run into some limitations. Is it possible to enable email notifications when someone replies to a comment? Right now, there doesn’t seem to be any.

Also, there is no way for a user to request a forgotten password. Could this be added?
