I’m very happy with your easy php cache software. I want to purchase this one also. but, I want to see the demo or a video demo. Is the software create unique support ticket ID & pass?
need to fix the demo (seems to be broken), but i’m already in holliday about x-max – would do so after that days

Hi can the ticket system be added to many pages, this would be useful for clients to give feedback on artwork for example? I have websites that need an easy commenting system on each page without needing a database?
I’m not 100% sure if you are looking for am comment or a support system, but if you implement at every artwork a link to your system e.g. http://adilbo.com/easySupport/index.php you customers can use this to send you a message and you will see what they wrote like here: http://adilbo.com/easySupport/ticket.php?id=5557720max___gmail.com

Where is the ticket list
You dont need a Ticketlist (like you see in the Demo) every new Ticket will send you an eMail (to Admin Address) and there is a Link to the Ticket!
Hi there,
just a tipp: Put the answerfield on top and sorting from latest to first posting. It avoid longtime scrolling to the end when it is an long conversation or the posts inside the conversation are big.
