Hi, Presales question here. I’m coming from a non wordpress system where all consents are logged. I mean, even what type of cookies are consented to by anonymous users and logged in users. (so I can see in the log if the user allowed all cookies, or only essential + marketing for example).

Now I’m creating a wordpress site and looking for the same solution. I see your plugin does log GDPR requests, but I could not see consented cookies log. Does your plugin have this feature and I missed it?

Another issue regarding Cookie Level acceptance

Example : - I created a cookie category cat-id = 1 - I added a content with the shortcode below :

[ea_category cat-id=”1”] blablablabla [/ea_category]

Now When I go to the site and click on Privacy settings (= cookies settings) I have 2 tabs, 1 Necessary (cat-id = 0) and a 2nd one for example “Analysis” (cat-id = 1)

By default all is deactivated as expected and I can see on my page : “You must accept our privacy policy and terms and conditions to view this content”

So I decide to go bacl to cokkies settings and activate the Analysis Tab I changed the “Decline” by “Accept” => go back to the page and refresh, but the content is still hidden with the message “you must acccept…”

So I observed I have to accept ALL cookies to get the content, but the necessary cookies are accepted by default, so just accept the cookies (category 1) should be enough.

Good luck in your dev, for the moment this plugin is not usable in a professional environment.

when I try to get my data by email (Request Data) I still have this error message :

“User with this email not found”

I created a new account (not admin) and testes again, no way, the email user is not found and I receive nothing.

Just want to find out if it will help me to ask the visitors permission to load Google Analytics and Google Maps as well?

Does the cookie notice only popup once when they first enter the website or can you give them a second popup for example about the Google Maps that needs to load only once they are on the Contact Page?

These comments apply to the privacy settings component in your live demo version. Questions and suggestion.

Privacy settings for cookies is nice but the interface is a little confusing.

Q] Are the decline and accept buttons only applicable to the tab you are viewing and the options you choose for that cookie category?

If they are universal “OK” for cookies then a line needs to be added to separate the info and options of the cookie category (tab) being viewed at the time.

It would also be good to be able to change the label “cookie status” to something more like an agreement.. like:

“I consent to the use of these [advertising] cookies” and “I do not consent to the use of these [catname/advertising] cookies”

ISSUE: WHEN you decline or accept, the button doesn’t show your selected option. This is confusing

ISSUE: The live demo doesn’t have a full english translation so it is difficult to follow the admin setup. Is this planned?
