You can use any software that can export 3D models like Blender, Maya, 3D Max etc all of them work.
You can’t turn your 2D images into 3D models, this viewer is adding in your page real 3D model just like in a 3D video game.
There are platforms from where you can get free or payed models like https://sketchfab.com/ or you can hire any 3D artist to create the model that you want, there are literally no limits when it comes to this type of models, anything can be created…
