Hi, I purchased your plugin, and I am having a lot of issues with setting this up..
1. I want to set the store listing and a map like you have it shown in Template 4 (https://preview.codecanyon.net/item/dt-store-locator-plugin/full_screen_preview/31461647?_ga=2.58986157.1823772069.1641254488-1345186078.1640895308), but I can’t seen to find a way to do that.
2. I added 2 stores, but only blank Google map is showing with the default longtitite and latitude.
I looked through your documentation, but it is not really written in the best way, and it really hard to go through all of the options in the front end to make it look like a template demo. 1) For that template 4 design, you need to change the type in the elementor editor and make a design as per your need. Added a screenshot for your reference, https://prnt.sc/QG3FLscE_lIa kindly have a look.
2) Regarding your google map location, you need to get the API key from google and paste it in the plugin setting. You will get the Google Maps location on the front end. Thank you for your quick response! I wish the documentation was a little better on how to set up view from the template. I would have never guest that View #12 will display template #4. I followed your steps, but the map is still now showing. I did set up API keys. Can you kindly provide me with your email, or a more private way to communicate, so I can send you a screenshot and login credentials? I am not comfortable sending this information from a contact form on your profile.

Just an update with this issue- the support wasn’t able to fix the issue. The plugin is conflicting with Elementor, and even though they fixed the map, and fixed the Element conflict, that broke the map again, and the support wasn’t willing to help with this issue again, they now blamed the theme. They also refused to issue a refund. Very disappointed in the way this issue was handled.

After updating the plugin the timeline carousel is working fine and our DT – Store locator as well. But, the issue happened from your theme js file. While activating the default WordPress Twenty Twenty One theme our plugin is working fine, for your theme the JS file error got occurred. That’s why we requested you to contact your theme support for this js file error.

Yes, and the theme developers are referring me back to you… The map was working before you fixed the issue with plugin conflict, so I don’t know what happened. I told you in my email, the site is going live today, and your plugin is not working. I installed another plugin that works without any issued. So I am requesting a refund. You can cancel the license, since the plugin is already deleted and I am not able to use it.
