Thank you for your interest in Droppy! You could create a plan with a recurring time of let’s say 100 years. Sadly payment providers won’t support this but when combining the voucher function to bypass the payment providers it’s possible to allow users to buy a subscription valid for e.g. 100 years.

good afternoon we bought your application a few years ago, and we moved it to a larger server However, we found out that we are missing something. I decided to buy the new version of the premium add on. in the past when premium service was bought, customers could send a file secured with a password. The customer had to add a mobile number for sms delivery of the password to the receiver of the file. But this is not coming up anymore.
Is this correct or have we forgot something??

I’m sorry to hear! A sms feature is not something that Droppy nor the premium addon had built-in. Was this maybe build as a custom job by me or someone else? If so, the an update will probably overwrite these changes.

Please send me an email at support@proxibolt.com and I’ll send you a custom file that will remove the reply-to from your emails. I’ll try to make this an option in the admin panel in the near future.

next Pay date is not showing correctly , if a users subscribe a 3 month plan on 2025-06-17 means , the next pay date shows 2025-07-17(one month only)

hi, recently i have bought your premium add-on and tested it, below link as you can see the “Next Payment date” showing “unknown” (https://imgur.com/82y0QQx)
second, paid users seems can’t get any confirmation email after successfully paid, while account cancelation email able to received after user cancelled subscription. The subscription end date also failed to show. (https://imgur.com/MuXudOw) Both LOCAL and SMTP failed, anything i can check at my side? Other emails such as file sent and file received email works well.

I’m sorry but as mentioned in the ticket, Paypal is returning “The merchant isn’t able to accept PayPal payments at this time. Please try again later or return to the merchant and choose another way to pay”. I’ve sent you the Paypal help article about this and explained that it’s related to your Paypal account either not being a business account or not meeting any of the other criteria mentioned in that article. There’s not much Droppy can do about it because Paypal is refusing the transaction due to account settings.

The multi-user function lets premium subscribers share their benefits with others under one account.
For password-protected uploads, you can choose to include this feature in specific subscription plans, so it’s only available for certain plans.

The premium add-on for Droppy can lock parts of Droppy behind a paywall. So the premium add-on is the one responsible for charging the users. Ok. What I need to know is: If I buy the Droppy Extended License and the Premium Subscription Addon Regular License, will I be able to charge customers? Or only if I buy the Extended License of both?

It’s actually the other way around. If you need to charge your customers, then as the license says “a single end product which end users can be charged for” is meant for the Premium add-on. The main Droppy product is not charging the customer.

If you did then please verify the droppy_pm_ tables are created in the database.

In the admin panel on the general settings page you can set the path to the logo image. If you do not want the logo in the top left then you can use the “Custom CSS” section on the General settings page to hide it. Please add the following to the Custom CSS field:
.main-logo { display: none !important; }
If you want the background to be transparent the use the following:
.main-logo { background: none !important; }
