Hi, there are a couple of bugs when using the administrator:

1. After the application is installed if you login as an administrator and try to save settings a database error happends due to a missing field ‘all_patient_visible_assistant’ in the database. I guess you forgot to add it to the settings table. The error shown is as follows:

A Database Error Occurred

Error Number: 1054

Unknown column ‘all_patient_visible_assistant’ in ‘field list’

INSERT INTO settings (`image`, name, address, contact, email, invoice, session_hours, backup_type, header_setting, backup_day, doctor_id, all_patient_visible, all_patient_visible_assistant, doctor_menus, assistant_menus, `date_format`) VALUES (‘logo2.jpg’, ‘Derma Cirugía’, ‘Ciudad’, ‘324234’, ‘adsf@gmail.com’, ‘423234’, ‘8’, ‘1’, ‘2’, NULL, 0, ‘1’, ‘1’, ‘false’, ‘false’, ‘m/d/y’)

2. If you are logged in as an administrator and you save in the screen “Menu Settings” without changing anything then in the database a record ‘false’ is stored (that can’t be converted to an array) so errors start to appear in the menus while logged in as a practitioner or as an assistant.

How can the language be changed? I downloaded the example admin_lang.php file, edited the strings (after the = character) but nothing happends when I upload it again. What should i do?

I have tryied diferent ways to install it but nothing. I have also read the web manual Please can you describe the exactly steps that should be followed I m waiting your reply

Hello, kindly change following lines in application/config/database.php file:

$db‘default’ = TRUE; to $db‘default’ = FALSE;

I am very disappointed about this script to setup and lot of errors. :shocked:

Why this script not working and giving me an error, I had waste my 2-3 hours to setup. You should give proper installation guideline, as per mentioned documentation is not proper way and even I followed same I am unable to setup. A Database Error Occurred Error Number: 1054 Unknown column 'P.doctor_id' in 'where clause' SELECT `P`.*, `U`.`name` patient, `U`.`doctor_id`, `U`.`dob`, `U`.`gender`, `U`.`id` patient_id FROM (`prescription` P) LEFT JOIN `users` U ON `U`.`id` = `P`.`patient_id` WHERE `P`.`doctor_id` = '0' ORDER BY `P`.`date_time` DESC.. Please solve this issues, I am stuck now and please give me proper installation steps.

Hello, It seems your database not installed correctly can you please mail us at info@atntechnologies.in with details for further support, our team will respond you with solution as soon as possible.

You should check support related emails in time reply them and resolve issues without huge delays, can wait several days to get the reply. It looks that no support is available.

Your product does not install according to provided installation method so kindly check your email and replay our support related emails with out any delays.

Why haven’t you posted the fix to the MX_Loader issue? Apparently everyone is having the same issue so why do we have to email you for the solution? You are selling this item as a finished product, therefore it should work!

I just purchased this an hour ago, how does it help me if I cannot even install it? Please post the proper installation instructions to avoid the MX_Loader issue.
