I was trying to upgrade my previous review but it doesn't look like Code Canyon will allow me to update my previous review. I will give this a 5 star now since the developer was able to assist on the installation. My only comment is that image uploading does need a little fine tuning and when that works perfectly this will be an amazing product. Our team is already loving how this documents things so nicely. There's beauty in simplicity and this developer makes this app, simple to use but does have everything you need to document your company procedures in one place. Can't wait to see this software grow and flourish.

Very useful soft, great support.

Doesn't work out of the box, got a fatal error using recommended settings, support takes 2-3 days to reply.

Too hard to get up and running
Maybe good for a large enterprise but not to for a small development team .. unfortunately

This tool would be awesome if it were free of bugs. However, I keep running into several that really make you spend way too much time trying to fix them, go around them and etc. Other than that, the frontend experience is great. Would be happy to change my rating if the bugs were fixed.
