Is this just a “Switcher” or does this include the elements to change a light theme to a dark theme?

Can I use what you are selling to change a web site that does not have Dark Mode into a site that will BECOME a site with Dark Mode or is this just a tool to allow you to switch to Dark Mode for a site that ALREADY has Dark Mode?
You can easily install it to have dark mode in your website. The tool doesn’t need any extra configuration.
