Hi,
You can’t see the map on the frontend. If I open the web inspector, the following error appears in the Console section: googlemaps-custom.js?ver=1.2.0:244 Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined
If possible I would like a refund.

With your Add-on, is it possible to add a Google map as a background and then place a contact form over the top of it, using WPBakery?

Do you have a screenshot of backend to see how multiple markers are added./ Some “developers” use such bad logic when implemnting this. I have dozens of markers and at some point will have hundreds so the way they’re entered is very important.

You can add multiple by adding more tabbing from backend. You can add separate tool tip text for all as well as separate pin icon.
If you have plan for hundreds then choose wisely. We have best options but if you want to add hundreds and thousands best to create your own code so you can easily import export things. But choice is yours.
Our plugin is best for markers and all normal needs of businesses and websites.

I would try my own but there is not a single guide that is current && for beginners && doesn’t assume you know programming already. I’ve searched extensively and there only outdated snippets and guides, none of which work with WordPress.
And no-one seems to know how to style the info window decently too. There is only 1 plugin on CC that allows custom styling of info window, hopefully you add this in future as the default white text box is really not attractive at all for a modern website.
I’ll try it though 
We don’t have plans rightnow for that styling feature but always you can use custom CSS. We will add your suggestion in the queue and Let you know once it will be available in near future.
