I'm having an issue where the plugin is pulling post from the theme developers site who I bought my theme from. It's not pulling post from my site. Where can I go to change this so the crawler is showing my post and not the theme developers posts?Thanks, Winners!
Hello! The Crawler widget settings allow you to select the post types and categories you would like to display https://take.ms/TIB3G. Alternatively, you can configure the widget to use custom content if needed.

I hope you and your team are doing well. I have your ticker installed on my site and whenever I refresh, all of the post “stack up” like you see in this screenshot. It shouldn’t stack up like that.. instead, it should stretch out across the page from left to right, not from bottom to top.
Can you send a bit of CSS that will make the ticker stay at the top going across the page and not vertical like you see in the screenshot?
Or, what can I do to make sure the ticker loads horizontally and not vertically?

Hi there! It looks like the plugin script didn’t load on this page for some reason. Sometimes, clearing WordPress cache can help fix this issue. Additionally you can Regenerate CSS & Data from Elementor – Tools tab.

I wanted to ask if you can help me with the Crawler installed on my site, https://VintageGarageSale.com ..I have the Dizzy Separator Icon active and it’s not showing between each listing.
Whenever i add the Icon.. and refresh my site, the Icon acts like a Preloader and flashes or flickers over the entire homepage and does not show up between each classified listing.

The problem is related to some optimization settings that Elementor uses, namely rendering the icons as inline SVG without loading the Font-Awesome and in this case, the Crawler style is not applied. As a quick solution, while we prepare the update, you can disable this setting https://take.ms/qhzgn and the icons will display correctly.

Automatic updates are temporarily down due to issues on Envato’s end, and they are aware of and are already looking into the issue. As soon as the situation changes, autoupdates will be available.
Please update the plugin manually by downloading the latest version from your Envato account and installing it as a regular plugin.

Hello! Please make sure you use the latest Crawler version and switch the Ticker mode to Continuous in the General widget settings to get the perfect loop.
