Hello! You just trying to install whole package with all plugins and documentation. Just open the zip file and install plugins one by one ;)
I've just purchased this product after a very careful search. Although it's early days, it's so intuitive and clean that I feel confident about its excellence.

I had just now purchsed the plugin by accidentally visiting the site. https://galleryplugins.com/.. I was amazed by the features.. exactly as I needed it.. to quickly launch my photo contest... as the chat window said 'online' I started with 'Hi'... well in next 15min or so conversation.. the support team explained the features.. sold ( albeit upsold me the whole bundle... yeah its not easy to upsell me) so he did a great job there.....
But the sweetest thing was upon installation there was some installation error which I messaged on the presales chat window.. and the author took extra effort to log in my system and solve it in a jiffy ( well it my own settings issue nothing of the code).... I loved it the support team solved it instantly rather a long ticket system.. I am sure this is not good practice.. but one off is great to help the customer in need...
Very fast, knowledgeable and polite. Tiny issue with my server settings resolved fast.
What a customer support: 2 months to reply !...
And the reply is absolutely useless!

Customer support is provided every single day. But you did not never ever contact us through support form. You ask in comments section and i did not see that. Please be fair. Try our support form it will be answered the same day. Thank you
If there is 1000 Star, I would have gladly and joyously selected it. Again, I selected others, because there is no option to select three or four reasons of options at the same time to buttress my rating.
So my selections are: Design Quality, Features Availability, Customizability, Flexibility and awesome Customer support — Top notch. My hats off for you, Zbynek!
The Plugins are exactly what we wanted, especially, the Photo Contest plugin. Even when we needed some changes here and there. They were very kind and willing to help. I mean, is a blessing having this plugins for my project. It sure saved me and have me meet up with the project in no distant time.

This is a fantastic plugin for photo/video gallery & contest purposes. The User interface is clean, multilingual and has alot of settings to adjust the plugin for various needs without being unneccessary complicated. I contacted the owner before buying the plugin and every question was answered fast and friendly. the provided demo to the plugin helped to see the plugin in action on our site before purchasing.
