You can create new post, WP api does not support upload image or video via rest api, but it can be achieved by creating custom rest api endpoint. If you hire me for freelance job, it can be achieved!

Its quite easy, just need to integrate it with proper URL of your website and install provided plugins for authentication. Everything is included in documentation.

1.- Does the app need to do any database management?
2.- You have more templates. I would like that instead of being infinite scroll down, it has the effect of sliding up.
3.- Can alerts be created? Or will you get an update for it?
Yes, an active WordPress install is required as backend data provider.
