Are the Plugins and behaviors available in Construct 3?

I would like to know which plugin does it uses, because there are a lot (a lot) of abandoned plugins with no updates at all. I want to be able to update the game over the time.
How many events does it have? Is it documented? Thanks!
the game included all plugins and behavior, you even can contact me for support. the game has 5 events sheet, we can event group in 3 events sheet.
