the clouds are not showing in chrome do you know why ?
Can you send me browser log screenshots to avirtum[@]gmail.com
Thank you Avirtum…I load the script locally, but the script uses ajax to load resources as result we have the error “Failed to load”, I try to use local web server, because ajax features don’t work locally in most cases
Same problem as Angel54689. I’ve put image into div and set some high z-index for element, but image is not showing up. As a matter of fact, it is showing up for a second, but after clouds are loaded image is dissapearing. I want to use your 3d clouds as a background for simple html page. I’ll be grateful for some clarification or html example.
Can you write me to avirtum[@]gmail.com.
Done.
Hi, On my site I’m only able to add code to the HTML head. So can I use your animated background?
I think no, but maybe you can add all elements via js and then call the main plugin function.
I`d like to use as the background for my site. Is it possible?
You should place divon bottom and play with z-index.
Hello, is it possible to add static text?
Where?
At the top in fullscreen mode?
Yes, you can add a static div with text as example via HTML markup.
I tried that, in fact, I see the text for few milliseconds during the page load time, but then it disappears when the animation starts.
I can make a fullscreen sample and send it to you, if you want. Write me your email to avirtum[@]gmail.com
It uses a lot of CPU and doesn’t run smoothly. (MBP 2015) Please take a look at www.captainform.com. Same script, but runs way more smoothly and less CPU usage. How is this possible?
I’ll try to update my script. Thanks for reply.
Thanks for the quick answer. I look forward to the update!
Could you please write about your configuration.
I’ve tried this script: http://themeforest.net/item/clouds-3d-interactive-coming-soon-page/7318254 after updating to the latest version of Three.js it was working very smoothly – a lot smoother than your script unfortunately. But I wasn’t able to get this script working in a div container like your script does. This one only works in the body tag.
I see. I’m working on it.
Hello. Could you test another realization of the cloud animation I have done. I hope it will be more smoothly than last one. Demo: http://avirtum.com/demo/clouds2/demo/fullscreen.html
I updated the plugin version to 2.2.0. You can download it from codecanyon.
Hi Avirtum, thanks for updating the script. Sorry for the late reply. It seems to work a bit better now. In full screen mode it is still lagging. Wish that could be fixed somehow.
I’ve got a request: in the documentation there are some more background images of the sky, but only as thumbnails. No bigger sized images are included for example night sky etc. Is it possible to include these?
Sorry, but no. I deleted all of them from my computer. You can modify the cloud by a graphic program for your needs. About the fullscreen mode I think it’s a maximum perfomance and depends on device. Best regards, Max.
Wow, that looks awesome!! On my i5 Dell laptop also works nice, and uses less memory than my Facebook, tab… Only the used CPU value is a bit increased…
