Hello, I’m interested in your item. After playing around with it, I noticed a very important piece of information missing when you print the pdf invoice, there are no issue, nor due dates. Is this something you intentionally left out?

I am disappointed with this Ciuis CRM application. Application may be good but most of functionalities are not working at once. Therefore each and every time you have to log a support call. Support will taking such a long time to resolve an issue. This is not a app that download and setup in your web server or local host. Support must setup correct files by themselves. I cannot recommend this system for a business. It is wast of your money and the time.

I am sorry that you so, Pls note we have many customers to support and every users issue is Urgent. Unfortunately the last update we released had a small issue and hence the installation did not go through smoothly. Like any other business we try not to work on weekends, but we still replied and supported you. we will continue to support you via our support system.

Voice notifications no longer work in new versions?

Hi, We havent changed anything on that area..But thanks for report. Pls note even though you dont have support anymore.. You can still get report bugs and get support for standard features..

We are not able to add any product. the system has automaticly create many products… How do we fix this??

Hi, Our app is not a CMS or a marketplace solution. It is a CRM tool for small businesses to manage their business, generate invoices, manage customers, etc. pls dont buy the product thinking you will be able to use it like a marketplace. pls check the demo and try it out before you buy. thank you

The system is full of bugs. The Portuguese language of Brazil, does not have 100% translation and the upper and lateral menus, even with the selected Brazilian Portuguese language, continues in English. How to fix this?

Does the system contain errors, bug, or do you want me to draw? When selecting the Brazilian Portuguese language, the system menus continue in English. Only part of the system is in Brazilian Portuguese. The question I asked is how to fix it?

At least until today, all crm systems, has the function of editing the messages of emails sent, such as the email sent to the customer when a ticket is opened. Where do I change these message templates?

Hello, We dont have email templates for now. But our team is working on this feature. we will release this in the month end, Jan 2019. thank you for your query.

Im a Canadian Company with Both CAN and US clients. Can this software bill in both CAN and US funds? Also are you planning on a stripe payment gateway?

Hi, thank you for your interest in CiuisCRM, we are using AngularJS 1.6.7 and there are no plans to upgrade anytime soon. it is a big task, this yr we will only working to remove bugs and introducing new feature. the platform will not be update.
