- The documentation is unclear and outdated.
- The documentation does not accurately reflect the code or installation steps, so you have to figure those out on your own.

- Support is not helpfull at all, just asking 99$ to help with the setup...
It should be named alfa version and free at this stage, if authors use buyers as betatesters.
On the Regular Licence there have nothing to use for business or personal used.
I have struggled to make it work since I bought it. The demo you try online is not the code they deliver; it's full of bugs and missing code. The documentation makes no sense, as you can see the video for the backend and frontend is the same. I have contacted support multiple times and was able to get it partially working. But eventually, they ghosted me.
This project is not even near to finished, the idea is fun, but implementation is the worst. Documentation issues, very unclear instructions, needed to debug a lot of stuff regarding sqlalchemy, bought this out of laziness of not having to code it myself, but I reckon I would proceed with my own project.
In short:
- Documentation is not up to date,
- Documentation is not clear at all,
- Documentation is not representing the code and installation steps, You gotta figure that out yourself,
- Lots of issues with SQLAlchemy,

This is at best a college project or some kind of static demo. DO NOT BUY THIS and waste your time. My devs spent 8 hours trying to figure how to make this work. The code is broken and so is their support.
1. The "You cant make changes" popup never disappears
2. Apis dont work (even after config)
3. The folder structure mentioned in the support DOES NOT match the reality
4. Support casually mentions "oh the structure might have changed, here is new code"
5. Some Files missing
6. Impossible to delte PDF files from knowledge base

Seems you are facing issue in setup without referring step by step and you have hidden files not visible in your OS. FYI .env is hidden by default for any project or any other files start with . will be hidden. You can contact us via support for any issues. Seems the product is working fine without any issues. Also there nothing impossible to delete in project. Hope you will consider changing your ratings after getting support.
