You can change ‘locale’ => ‘en’, to ‘locale’ => ‘ar’, from config/app.php & translate all file under “resources\lang\en” folder to “resources\lang\ar” folder with Arabic translated

Super admin can everything like delete, modify, add new role, create new user etc and we can try to next update with multi-branches supported.
