If i have modem, so i don;t need android phone to send out messages ?
Yes for the modem version.But kindly note you can only send 1 message at a go.Aslo it only uses GSM modem

You can only use 1 modem per runtime.You can send 1sms at a time when using modem but sms limit depends on your subscription with your simcard sms provider.Yes you can send sms via API from this application to many recipients at once

It depends on limit allowed by your http API sms provider.Otherwise system can send unlimited sms
