Hi There, I am not sure what do you mean with floating widget, our widget can be added into any widget location ( sidebar ) or you can use the review box shortcode.
I have just purchased this. I am using short code to display review, but review will not display, just blank screen.
I have selected
Review Type Review Heading Added 5 Feature Names Selected custom location Align right
It does not display anything, just blank screen. Rest of my original posts displays fine.

Sorry online documentation are not available at the moment, You can create multiple rates inside posts, pages or any other post type and later you can use the provided shortcode for each review to create factor rate on single page or post..

I get an error (Your rating is out of the standard range. Give values for your best and your worst rating.) while testing the rich snippets with the testing tool of google. Please test the site https://www.elvis-presley-the-king.de/graceland-home-of-elvis-presley/ on https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/ and you will see the issue. further i recognized, when i use, for example an image for a place, the rich snippet only shows the wp image id not the image path.

Ok, now I view the options is in any post. But where I select the two types that there are and the four options of valuations, to be able to see it as for example the classic star review box ? Thank you.
Please read plugin documentation, Extract the downloaded file and go to “Documentation” folder then open “index.html” at your browser. You should find section there name “Creating Your First Review”.. Hope this helps.

My client like to have a review part on his website.
Clients from him should be able to fill out an online form with different fields and some questionaries.
The questions used to be either a nuber rating or starrating, where it used to have a avarage total number/stars.
In addition, clients needs to be able to add a comment too.
Once the review is approved, it used to be able to show its single reviews on separate pages, or an overview review page.
Is You plugin able to do it?

Reviews and any other additional information can be added from posts/pages edit screen while you can enable site visitors to provide review but they won’t be able to add comment on their rate.
Reviews can be added to any page or post using shortcodes.

I mean with “leave a comment”... like the summary I see in the examples.
And how can a customer do the reviews? For this form with all the criterias and summary? Are I am able to use it or put it on a separate page?
And showing all reviews in an overall main review page, or on single pages?
Maybe with a short code to it?

Customer can add reviews from the dashboard, and yes all the reviews can be shown in single page or post using shortcode.
So, clients from my customer wont be able to add a review over a “form”?
As I said earlier site visitors will be able to provide an overall rate without adding summery text.

Hi, Sorry our support website is under maintenance currently, The top rating can be enabled from the review settings after your post, Kindly read plugin documentation which is already included with the downloaded package from codecanyou inside “Documentation” folder open index.html inside your browser.

If so can the admin add reviews to the products backend if the end users submit to them? So if 100 users send me the review stars from my own form I can then enter in backend to get average scores?

Hello, I am looking for a review plugin that allows me to do product reviews in multiply categories, and for users to upload reviews on a different page in multiply categories also. Example if my website was reviewing fitness equipment, I might have categories for cardio, yoga, weightlifting etc, I would need a page where user can add their reviews and a separate page where admin can add their product reviews. and a complete different page where admin can add reviews on the shops or brands. Also does your plugin have a filter to help find the product review category easily?

I just purchased. I’m doing family film reviews on my site. Do I have to add the three review categories manually to each post? No way to set it so the three I want on every custom post type are there by default? Thanks.
In Google search results, what is shown? The admin’s review (4.5 by Joe Jones) or the aggregated user reviews (3.5 based on 57 reviews)?
Also, if both are possible, is there an option to choose which one I want in google for each page?

The plugin will generate the require Schema data ( The used data by Google bots to show your star reviews ) for the following: Admin’s reviews, visitors, and comment’s reviews, From the plugin settings you can select the default Schema data and from each post review you can select the type of your review schema data ( Example: Book, Movie, Place, TV Show… ETC ) just select your schema data or leave the default settings and let the plugin do the magic
