Hi, We would like the user’s (email) first appointment to be free. We thought about buying the Coupons Addon. In any case, before buying, we tested it by making the yoga lesson they would sign up for free, but they still have to give Stripe their bank card details and pay. How can we make it so that if the price is 0, they don’t have to pay? Do you have any tricks for this?

I added my purchase code to the system and even changed the display order to show Stripe first, but still no luck…
Ps: I am using the classic step by step form.

Hi there, my Stripe payments have stopped working on my website at https://www.teamtruck.eu/events/
Following your recent email regarding Bookly Cloud, I have updated my Wordpress core files, plugins and Bookly plugins this morning, now when I go to click ‘Get Started’ on the Bookly Stripe Payments option on the Bookly Cloud products page I just get a red ‘Endpoint Access Error’.

Can you set the payment to be a pre auth payment and not take money right away?
We want to pre-auth the funds then if user doesn’t show up to appointment take the money (Stripe can already do this nut can you?)

We just purchased Bookly Stripe (Add-on).
For some reason, it doesn’t work in the “Search form” but does work on the “Step by step form”. Please see the screenshot below:
https://client.sleephungry.com/drive/s/EJvp9oWmwtsuQGKopT7Fp42wI9kgdFWe have only Stripe enabled in the Payments. The service and the staff payment method is set to Stripe.
Please advise on how to make this work. We can’t use the step by step form because we are selling packages. We need to use the Search form.
