Can a customer add a rating to the appointment?.

The customer can rate their experience, but technically they will rate the staff member that provided this service.

Hello there, I am using your plugin and it’s been making weird issues, I made the services under the categories but in the frontend, it is only showing the categories and not services related to the categories. Please help me with this.

Please make sure you have assigned at least one staff member to each service. Besides, the visibility field needs to be set to “public” for both staff members and service.

How can I change the text that appears on the rating page? I use to spanish and the translation is not good.

Hello guys. nice plugin, but!!! Many customer use mobile number instead email and i don’t want make email field obligation. Is it possible that rating link, send in SMS by a short URL, instead of email?

You can set the booking form so only the phone number is mandatory and staff rating code can be added to a SMS notification template.

Hello, we bought this add on for bookly pro 3.4

We have an issue, when you receive the email from bookly to make the rating or the service, you can´t pick any starts. You pick any star and nothing happen.

I am having 2 issues with this new plug-in that I hope you all are able to assist me with.

1) I created a rating page and included the code, [bookly-staff-rating], but when I view the page, the space where the rating form should display is blank.

2) I updated the URL for staff rating on the backend, but when I do a test email, it just shows my homepage.

I am doing sandbox testing with bookly and all the plugins before buying.

Looks very promising but I have spent at least 1 hour trying to see how the ratings page will look.

I want to be able to modify ratings page later on css and everything. After inserting shortcode all I can see is empty page. I also tried testing email notification and the link for the ratings page is not working.

I have done all the settings correctly including URL settings. What might be the problem here?

Rating page can be opened only via email notification. So when you add shortcode into your email notification, the page will be opened once your client clicks on the link.

I am interested in purchasing this plugin, but I have some doubts about how it works. Could you explain to me what the process is like? Should an appointment be completed and then enabled? I understand that I can see the notifications within the administrator, but I do not understand when or where the user can do it. I would appreciate your clarification on this question.

I understand how the process of creating an appointment is, what I do not understand is what the ratings process is like. Where can I do it?

Thanks for your reply to Kate.

1. Go to Bookly menu > Settings > Ratings and enable the setting Displaying appointments rating in the backend.

2. You’ll need to create a separate page where your customers will be redirected to (WP Dashboard > Pages). Click on Add staff rating form to insert the form on a page. And check the “Comment” box to let customers write a review.

3. Go to Bookly menu > Settings > URL Settings and set the URL of a page with a rating and comment form.

4. Go to Bookly menu > Email Notifications. Select Follow-up message template or create a new one, and include {staff_rating_url} code into automated email notification so your customers will receive the link with an option to rate the service and leave a comment after the service is provided.

So I’m in the “Email notifications” section of the Bookly WP area and trying to click on “edit” notification but nothing happens?

Hello!

I get this error in the backend / plugin only for the “ratings” tab, it’s not appearing anywhere else. Could it be possible that you need to also update this plugin to work with the updated main plugin?

The error – “sprintf(): Too few arguments in /home/d0348528/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bookly-responsive-appointment-booking-tool/lib/utils/DateTime.php on line 292”

Just tested, and everything works except clicking the “save rating” button on the ranking site page (that’s received from the client thank you page). Even clicking on the stars work… Probably it’s related to the error above… So no ranking is saved on the website…
