Is it possible to create a package that includes a session which is part of collaborative services? The issue is that I’m creating a 10-session subscription (e.g., for massage) and I need to block the massage room at the time of the appointment. If I make a regular booking, this is possible, but from what I see, the package does not allow me to select a collaborative service. Is there any solution

Hi, I currently have Bookly Pro (purchased May 2024). I have just purchased the Bookly Packages add-on and I get this error when installing:

The plugin does not works. Its impossible to activate it.

We test several versions 6.4 – 6.6 and does not works.

The plugin is Installed, click in activate and allways appears deactivated.

Please, we need help about this addon.

Can i limit the time on which the customer can book a service in the package and not only when the package ends. Example a customer buys a package that gives him the option to book three appointments but the appointments can be booked only for month june.

Right now, you can only specify the validity period measured in days.

why is payment is done with packages i need to attach payment? and payment is not attached like in normal services?

Hello. Payment can be attached to a package during its creation via the admin panel (backend). And clients have the option to pay for a booked package through the booking form.

Hi, I want customers to purchase package and when they make booking, they can deduct from the package. Does the feature covers this requirement?

and which page can customer to purchase the package?

I hope you answer this quickly as I am in quick need of an answer, I have been getting late replies on all my other questions to you. I have bought a couple of your add-ons and I need something that helps me assign a package to a costumer and at the end of the package the costumer won’t be able to make an appointment. My whole business depends on this concept. We offer classes and you will be able to only make an appointment if you have paid for the package at the store. So will this add-on allow my costumers to do this? I tried the demo but it is not answering the question of what happens after the package ends. For the record, the add-ons which I already have are: Costumer groups (to assign groups of costumers to a certain service), Group booking (because I have privet classes and group classes) and lastly I have the waiting list add-on. The process goes as follows: the costumer pays for a package at the shop then we open the classes for her online and then she can book appointments until the package ends, then the system won’t allow her to book anymore, this whole process should be done automatically, will this ad-on do that or not?

This add-on provides to set up packages and sell them using the modern forms or assign them manually to customers. Once a customer either purchases a package or they are assigned manually to one, they can log in and access a page where the package cabinet form was added, there they will be able to book the appointments that are included in this package. When you set up packages and set up how many appointments are included in a package and the time limit also.

Hi, I cant make new customers with Bookly is there any bug or error meaning when a new customer books an appointment their details are not shown on the calendar their user details added already on the WordPress user list but not on the Bookly customer list and I lost my so many customers please look into this.

Dear all,

I installed Bookly packages addon. I changed the classic “step by step” form into the moderm form in order to show the packages. I found some issues:

1) when a client book any service receive a message saying “intervalo ya reservado” (“date reserved”): It seems like the service is booked but again shows new dates that the client can choose. Super confused. 2) there is no more steps at the booking (neither the payment step).

Could you please help me with this? May I send you my WP access?

Thank you for your message.

If you enable only Local payment in the modern forms, the payment step will be skipped.

You can use any of these payment options in the modern booking forms except PayPal Express Checkout (as part of the Bookly Pro plugin) and Stripe (Add-on): https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212413769-Payment-Options

We have a question on this note.

Important Bookly Packages (Add-on) is not compatible with the Bookly Custom Duration (Add-on) and Bookly Group Booking (Add-on). Package deals are only available to single bookings.

So Bookly Group Booking will still work even if we have Bookly Packages enabled correct? The only restriction is that Bookly Packages will only work on single bookings. Please confirm.

Where can I check the quantity of the package that are already used? I mean for example, if the customer books a 10x package and have completed 5 appointments. Is there a place where we can check how many appointments left for that customer?

I’ve Installed the add-on yet when I try it, it just appear as a simple service not a package..! and however I changed the settings neither I or customers can have another date, time/ schedule!

Hello, I am looking for a plugin for a client, your plugin seems to be I am looking for with the packages addon. However something is not clear to me, and I couldn’t create a subscriber new user in the sandbox to check. I would like to know if, with the package add-on, customers who are logged in as subscriber users can book their appointments ? Thanks

And sorry if I could not answer you in a timely manner, I was away sick. And due to the high requests, the rest of the team didn’t get a chance to pick this up.

With the Bookly Packages Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003045634-Packages-Add-on, you can offer package deals for your client’s favorite services as well as add an optional discount on packages. So you will need to create a simple service for the price of the packages then your client will have to book their first appointment right away in the front-end booking form. And then you assign the packages in the back-end so your customers can book the rest of the package services later as long as they’re booked within the set validity period. Please note that the rest of the package services can only be set up in the back-end for now and customers cannot book these from the front end yet.

So the workaround is to give the customers’ user accounts so that when they’re logged in, they can see a list of purchased packages with expiration dates, details, and the ability to schedule the rest of the package services. Please check this article for online access to booking for clients: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212455529-Online-Access-to-Bookings-for-Clients. Kindly note that the packages don’t work and are not compatible with the following add-ons yet.

However, if you have both Bookly Packages Add-on and Bookly Group Booking Add-on installed, your customers can still book the simple services with the group booking capacity. However, the services in the package cannot be booked by several persons.

Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. The schedules you set up for the staff members are their consistent availability moving forward – for each and every week. So timeslots offered in the front-end booking form are founded on these schedules. And the time slot interval or how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form is based on the time slot length.

The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/features/, such as the Bookly Packages Add-on, are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features. I want to note please that Bookly Pro is the main plugin, hence, it needs to be installed and activated to be able to use Bookly add-ons since these add-ons are supplementary to the main Bookly Pro plugin. And the booking form looks exactly like the demo.
