Hi, I have a multisite instalation working with subdomains, everyting working except CRON and the registration of bookly plugin licence per site.
Thanks in advanced
Thank you for purchasing our products.
Make sure you have bookings tomorrow while testing the feature today. Please, also contact your host provider for more details on how to run this type of commands on their server, they usually assist their customers in this. Disable caching plugins and set the cron script to be executed hourly. If you are sure that everything is set properly but it still doesn’t work – send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase code, screenshots and additional details of the case. You might also include the FTP and WP back-end access credentials so we could investigate and help you fix this.

hi admin. one question. with this plugin, all users can have their own bookable calender? like a vendor plugin?
Hi, thanks for interest!
Every staff member can have his own booking form, though take into that Bookly is not suited for multi-vendor websites. It was designed to be used by one business.

I purchased two of the Bookly thinking that maybe it would help. The multi sites and the Bookly app. I notice that calendars for each staffing member I created a test account for they were sharing their profiles. I submitted a refund. Please help me and process this refund.
thanks you so much in advance,
Hi Cammesa, thanks for purchasing our product!
You need to create a WP user account with editor role and then link this account to the staff member and he’ll have access only to his information (his calendar and profile).
Is there anyway people can pay with mobilepay when they book an appointment?
Currently this payment gateway is not supported. Though you could use the WooCommerce integration, and use the payment gateways that WooCommerce offers. If you’ll enable this option, then customers will be redirected to a WooCommerce cart after the third step of the booking form, and the payments from Bookly won’t work.
Thank you for your reply. But because I have so many products in my woocommerce, booky can’t handle them. So one of your supporters have disabled the connection in the codes, I think. What can I do?
Bookly will need only one “dummy” product, as it will use this product as a bridge to have access to WooCommerce’s payment gateways. So in that list you’ll see last created products and can choose it. You can check this link for more details about it: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212413769-Payment-Options
Okay, thank you. I does get an error when I try to book a time. It says that the product can not been buy. (I hope you can understand my bad english)
