When I select “To update – enter the Purchase Code,” it opens a page with the following message: “You do not have permission to access this page.”
I had already installed “Bookly PRO” and “Bookly Staff Cabinet (Add-on),” and these are working fine.
How can I resolve this?

Unfortunately, nothing works. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled. I have also deactivated everything and reactivated, but unfortunately, the result is always the same. I left access to my Backoffice in the previous conversation with this ticket No. 298615. Please access my Backoffice and try to resolve the situation. I am very interested in continuing with your services and future payments to continue receiving assistance, but resolving this situation is essential.

Leider kann ich die Erweiterung nicht auf meiner Webseite aktivieren. Wenn es doch funktionieren sollte, kann ich für eine Seite eine Person mit mehreren Dienstleistungen freischalten und andere auf der gleichen Seite ausschließen?
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
The purpose of this add-on is to make the Bookly plugin compatible with the WordPress multisite environment. If you have issues activating then please reach out to use directly: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Regarding your other inquiry, you can set one staff member to be public and the rest to be private, so only one staff member will be available for booking.
Thanks!

techexam.ca offers tutoring for people challenging exams.
These exams are direct analogues of university engineering courses across Canada.
I want to set up a second site where university engineering students can select their school, subject, and course number specific to their school.
Both sites will use the same tutors for the same underlying subjects.
Assuming I purchase all my existing plugins for the second site, how do I best manage -
- services that are the same service except in name - tutor schedules across both sites and all “locations” i.e. schools in second site
What additional plugins do you recommend? Is the tutor (staff) schedule best controlled by giving each their own google calendar?
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
The Multisite (Add-on) will be needed only in case you have a WordPress multisite environment, otherwise you won’t need it. Regarding the other inquiries, it depends on the domain, if both websites will have the same domain then one license for each product is enough, though if these are different domains, then you will need a separate license for each website. You mentioned that the same staff members will be on both websites, as each installation is independent one from another, these staff members will work separately, though there’s an workaround to synchronize them, so you won’t end up with double bookings. You will need the Advanced Google Calendar (Add-on) and use the 2 way synchronization to connect 2 staff members (from different websites) to the same google calendar.
Thanks!

hi,
since one regular bookly pro license is sufficient for multisite under one domain.com within its subsiteX.domain.com
how about when the scheme its under subsiteX.domain.com but then we set a CNAME record domainB.com pointed to subsiteX.domain.com (were actually domainB.com is running the bookly from subsiteX.domain.com) ?
it will need one or X number of license??
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
You will need x number of licenses, as it’s a different domain.
Thanks!

Hi does the multisite add-on for bookly pro just allow me to use the plugin for many sites?
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
It allows you to use Bookly Pro with multisite environment: https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/multisite/ But if you are going to use different domains, you will need to purchase additional Bookly Pro licenses.

Hello. I have a question, is it possible with your module to put the same service / product but that this has different price depending on the day of the week that is booked.
I don’t mean different price for each employee, but different price for each day of the week for the same product.
Example, from Monday to Friday 100€ the massage, and Saturday/Sunday 220€ but being the same item, not 2 different items.
Maybe it is possible by putting a mandatory extra to be applied on those days to the original item, but I don’t know if this is possible.
I think that your plugin Bookly Multisite, maybe it will allow me to do everything, if the plugin gives me the option to make several different calendars, within my same page, so one would have the item from Monday to Friday, and another calendar of the same website, the item from Saturday to Sunday with different prices.
I am waiting for your answer. Best regards.
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. After you set up the staff member’s schedule, this schedule will be repeated for the following weeks. Please note that the system takes into account the staff member’s schedule when rendering available time slots in the front-end/booking.
So the availability offered in the booking form is based on the schedule of the staff member. Whereas, the interval of the slots offered is regulated with the time slot length as this is the basis of how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form.
The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/features/ are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features.
“I have a question, is it possible with your module to put the same service / product but that this has different price depending on the day of the week that is booked.

This looks like a feature we haven’t implemented yet. However, we’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback. That’s why we’ve created a Feature Request forum: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com.
There’s a similar request for this feature recorded at https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests/9003
The forum is where we track requests for new capabilities, and our product development depends directly on the number of votes each request receives. That’s why we encourage Bookly users to either vote for the corresponding request above or record a request that best fits their business needs.
Perhaps as a workaround, you create different staff members for each day of the week so that each staff member will have their own price. For example, you have Product A and 7 staff members assigned to provide Product A. These 7 staff members are called Monday at $10, Tuesday at $15, Wednesday at $20, etc.
“I think that your plugin Bookly Multisite, maybe it will allow me to do everything, if the plugin gives me the option to make several different calendars, within my same page, so one would have the item from Monday to Friday, and another calendar of the same website, the item from Saturday to Sunday with different prices.”
The Bookly Multisite Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/207375189-Multisite-Add-on allows you to use the same copy of Bookly on multiple websites with each site of your network will have its own list of services, staff members, appointments, and its own settings. So you will only need to provide the purchase code for the Bookly plugin for each new site you add in the future. You should be able to use the same purchase code if you use the same domain. For example www.site1.com – this is the main site, www.site1.com/subdomain – this is subdomain WP where Bookly is activated by existing purchase code.
These require different licenses: mysite.com; product1.mysite.com; product2.mysite.com require different licenses whereas, mysite.com; mysite.com/site1; mysite.com/site2 only need 1 license. This is clarified here by Envato staff https://forums.envato.com/t/locked-products-licensing-for-wordpress-multisite/77838#965668.
So each site of your network will have its own list of services, staff members, appointments, and its own settings. So it is managed on each website. It is managed on each website. Each site in the multisite network has its own database that doesn’t interact in any way. Thus, each site has its own set of staff members, services, and settings that do not overlap.
You need to buy an additional regular license for the Bookly plugin and every installed add-on for each additional domain name that you use. If your site is placed in the same domain, no need to buy an additional license. For example:
site1.com and site2.com – different domains, you should buy 2 licenses site.com/site1 and site.com/site2 – the same domain, you should buy 1 license
If you require further assistance or have additional questions/clarifications about this, please send us an email to sales@bookly.info and mention Ticket #167046, so we can look into this matter for you.
Many thanks,
Richel

This is my case:
I have a multisite under the same domain, but I have created two subfolders to translate the web (it’s exactly the same web but translated to additional languages).
The availability/schedule of instructors is shared by the three sites (example: If one teacher is booked in the English site, then he can’t be available in the Spanish-translated site because he is already booked for that time slot).
Would Bookly-Pro and Bookly Multisite be useful in my case? Maybe I can insert the same Bookly-Pro appointment form in the three sites so there’s only one schedule, but the form will be in “English” in all the sites unfortunately.
Everybody wants to have different employees or services in their multisite but my case is exactly the opposite. Is there a solution for my case?
Thank you in advance.
Hello,
Thanks for your message.
The Bookly Multisite Add-on is required for the WordPress Multisite installation only. You shouldn’t install the Bookly Multisite Add-on for the non-multisite WordPress installation.
As per this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/15blnk8, if you see this menu, WordPress is switched to Multisite, so you should switch from one site to another.
Please note that you will need a separate license per domain but should be able to use the same purchase code if you use the same domain.
For example:
site1.com and site2.com – different domains, you should buy 2 licenses
site.com/site1 and site.com/site2 – the same domain, you should buy 1 license
However, the requested functionality is currently not available as you can’t configure a staff member who is available through both sites. However, there is a workaround: you can connect several staff members (from different sites) to a common Google calendar and set the ‘two-way’ sync mode (provided by Bookly Advanced Google Calendar Add-on). In this case, each appointment will be copied to the Google Calendar. It makes the appointment time unavailable for booking for all staff members connected to this Google Calendar. Check it out here: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005100854-Advanced-Google-Calendar-Add-on.
If you require further assistance or have additional questions/clarifications about this, please send us an email to sales@bookly.info and mention Ticket #157332, so we can look into this matter for you.

Hey there! I would like to buy Bookly with its multisite, discount, PayPal and advanced Google calendar addon. However, I have some questions:
With the multisite addon, will Bookly (and all the addons) function as two totally different installations (it is only one installation on one domain, but with multiple subdomains for different companies of mine) so I can connect them with completely different calendars, completely different staff, can create completely different discount codes, and so on?
Also, is there a limit to how many multisites I can run on one domain with Bookly’s multisite-addon?
Thank you very much in advance.
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out.
The Bookly Multisite Add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/207375189-Multisite-Add-on allows you to use the same copy of Bookly on multiple websites with each site of your network will have its own database that doesn’t interact in any way.
Thus, each site has its own set of staff members, services, and settings that do not overlap.
So you will need to provide the purchase code for the Bookly plugins for each new site you add in the future.
And the Bookly Multisite Add-on only works if you have a WordPress Multisite installation.
Please note that the Bookly Multisite Add-on is required for the WordPress Multisite installation only. You shouldn’t install the Bookly Multisite Add-on for the non-multisite WordPress installation. Here is a link to a doc to help you understand what the WordPress Multisite is https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/multisite/.
Regarding domains, you will need a separate license for each domain. So, you are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for Free.
For example, you have a domain mydomain.com and has the following subdomains: subdomain1.mydomain.com, subdomain2.mydomain.com, subdomain3.mydomain.com, and so on. In this example, these are all the same domain then you’ll need one license.
However, if it’s different domains, you’ll need a new license for each domain where you want to use Bookly.
Please check the demos:
- https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo/advanced-google-calendar/
OR try the sandbox on a live website before purchasing to better understand how Bookly PRO and its add-ons work and be able to discern if Bookly products fit your business needs.
To access the sandbox mode, please go to https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo-list/ and add your email address and click on the “Configure” button then follow the rest of the steps that you’ll receive on your mail.
If you require further assistance or have additional questions/clarifications about this, please send us an email to sales@bookly.info and mention Ticket #154816, so we can look into this matter for you.

Hi,
I have purchased and have a license of Bookly pro plugin which is installed on a domain. I have another domain on which I want to use the bookly plugin. If is purchase this Bookly Multisite (Add-on), will it help me to set up the bookly pro plugin on the new domain without buying a new bookly pro plugin or will i have to buy a bookly-pro plugin separately? What is the purpose of this plugin. Please reply
Thanks.
Hi, the Bookly Multisite (Add-on) allows you to use the same copy of Bookly on multiple websites. Each site of your network will have its own list of services, staff members, appointments, and its own settings. However, one Bookly Pro license can be used for one single domain and its subdomains, therefore, new license required for each new domain. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I don’t have a multisite wordpress install but am looking to having 2 different bookly installs on my one wordpress site. Is this possible.
The only reason I want 2 installs is because I need 2 different setting for booking (Approved or Pending).
Is there another way to resolve this. Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for your message.
The Bookly Multisite Add-on is required for the WordPress Multisite installation only. You shouldn’t install the Bookly Multisite Add-on for the non-multisite WordPress installation.

Hello dear,
I bought this plugin thinking that it will help me display the bookly form in different language…After contacting your support seems this was the wrong solution…(In the comments I saw someone suggesting that this is the way to go)
Would it be possible to get the refund?
Thanks, Ralph
Hi Ralph,
Thanks for your message.
The Bookly Multisite Add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/207375189-Multisite-Add-on allows you to use the same copy of Bookly on multiple websites with each site of your network will have its own database that doesn’t interact in any way.

Please check this link regarding the refund procedure: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/209980383-How-do-refunds-work-#how-do-i-request-a-refund and please refer to Envato Market Refund Rules to be informed of the situations when Envato is not obliged to give refunds: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy.
Kindly scroll down to the middle of the page to find the “Click here to request a refund” green button: https://prnt.sc/sss8o4.
Regarding different languages, with WPML, you can create separate pages for a specific language the create different booking forms on these pages. Please check this article: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185-Publish-Booking-Form for more information and instructions in hiding and pre-defining fields in the booking form.

Hi. I intend to create a multisite install with some websites. It´s still not clear for me what I can do (or cannot do) if I install only Bookly Pro (without the multisite-addon). What the real benefit of this add-on? What I can do without it or what I cannot do without it? Thanks for your answer. I´m newbie in multisite install and this is a question I have at the moment. Thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
If you are using multisite environment: https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/multisite/ you need to install Bookly Multisite add-on. Si it will allow you to use Bookly on several websites which are connected to the network.
