Hello Team, is it SAAS?

I want people to be able to sign up, I want them to be able to add invoices.

(Me Admin), I pay their invoice in exchange for a fee or Monthly Subscription.

Does it work like this?

I’m afraid this isn’t supported yet. Right now, customers cannot create their own invoices and the invoices are generated based on booked appointments.

Hi, I wanted to know in the invoice function, can I manually attach any PDF file or am I obliged to follow the invoicing procedure of the plugin?

With Invoices Add-on, you cannot manually attach any custom PDF file. The plugin follows its own automated invoicing procedure and generates invoices dynamically based on the booking details.

Hi, I need to ask if there is way to generate 2 different invoces data because we have 2 type of works,

1. No fee services 2. Rigular services

And each one with different organization.

So I need if there is one booked from the first org. The invoce will be with data of org.1

And if book the other will be invoice with other org. data

Is there way to do that? Something if we can use if statment in the invoice builder to select from diferent data and generat invoice accordingly.

Bookly has separate login interfaces for customers and admin. If you want to test the customer experience, you should use the customer login interface. To access the admin functionalities, you should use the standard WordPress admin login.

Please check the permissions based on the level of access as follows:

Subscriber – doesn’t see actual data values in any of the dashboard sections; Contributor, Author, or Editor – can only view and edit appointments in the calendar that belong to the staff member associated with that WordPress user. Can also edit their info as a staff member; Admin – full access to WP Dashboard; Bookly Supervisor – your staff under this role will manage Calendar, Appointments, Profile, Customers, and Payments menus; Bookly Administrator – full access to Bookly.

I recently purchased the Rocket LMS (Learning Management & Academy Script) from CodeCanyon (https://codecanyon.net/item/rocket-lms-learning-management-academy-script/33120735). However, I realized it lacks an invoice generation function which I need for my operations.

When a customer orders a course on my website, I would like to automatically generate and send a printed invoice to them. This feature is crucial for my business to ensure proper billing and record-keeping.

I would like to inquire if it’s possible to integrate an automatic invoice generation and sending feature with the current product? (Either a separate website or i code it in with LMS)

Hello, Can you advise the best way to either send a payment link or an invoice for payment once a member of staff manually adds an appointment to their calendar?

Payments can only be done when customers book an appointment on the front-end, while using the booking form. There’s no possibility now to send payment links. Invoices can be sent, make sure after adding manually an appointment, to add payment details for this appointment and in email notifications to enable the “Attach invoice” option.

Hi. Is it possible to edit invoices manually any time?

Thank you for your message.

You can edit the appearance of your invoice in Settings > Invoice template.

You can also edit or remove specific columns from the invoice in this file wp-content/plugins/bookly-addon-invoices/backend/components/invoice/templates/invoice.php. However, all changes will be lost if you update Bookly in the future.

Is there an option for the customer to use the form to book, choose to pay later and then I approve the booking and an invoice is sent to the client?

Yes, you can emulate this booking process, by using the pending and approved appointment statuses and attach an invoice only to the notification for approved status.

Yes, you will need the Invoices (Add-on) if you would like to send invoices in email notifications. In the booking form nothing will change, the local payment option can be renamed to pay later.

Please try the sandbox on a live website before making the purchase to get a better understanding of how Bookly PRO and its add-ons work, and be able to discern if Bookly PRO and its add-ons fit your business needs.

To access the sandbox mode, please go to https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo-list/ and add your email address and click on the “Configure” button then follow the rest of the steps that you’ll receive in your mail. Please make sure to activate Bookly Add-ons in the section Plugins.

I created some invoices for testing purposes. Corresponding invoice numbers were assigned to them. Since these are only fictitious invoices, I have deleted them again. How can I delete the sequential invoice numbers from the system so that the real invoice-numbers start from 1 again?

We have purchased the Invoices and the tax addons, how do we get all the details to be displayed on the invoice.

We need Amount Paid Amount Due Subtotal (excluding Tax) Total (Including Tax)

we only have Subtotal Total and a column for tax

well im not impressed really. our customers do not pay deposits at all, we pay 39$ for invoicing and 39$ for taxes, and now more money is required. Im sorry but any invoice program shows the subtotal, tax, total including tax. we purchased both these invoice and tax addons because that what we expect them to do.

We are not going to be contributing to your simple money making system anymore as we have paid enough for everything now.

The paid and due options are available for the Deposits (Add-on) and locally payment option, as with both of these cases the payment is not finalized. If the customer paid a deposit (a part of the final price) or didn’t pay anything with local payment option, both of these payments are considered incomplete, so this is the reason for the paid and due options. In case the customer paid the complete price, these fields won’t be displayed.

can i use this plugin without add on?

If you mean that you want to use Bookly Invoices (Add-on) with free version of Bookly, I’m afraid such option is not supported. All additional add-ons can be used only with paid version of Bookly Pro.

Current error in the invoice extension.

If the child pays something via PayPal and you want to cancel because it is several things one thing so for example -10€ cancel it will be deducted in the invoice at the end but it does not say that -10€ are or the reason.

it is not an improvement it is a plugin bug that makes the plugin virtually unusable when changing the invoice number. Because the plugin does not do what it should.
