I just bought the plugin, installed it, but I can’t activate it. I keep getting this php error. I have php version 8.3.14 on the server.

Hi, is there a way for the coupon discount to show on the checkout? Whenever using the services booking form and applying the coupon it doesn’t appear at first in the checkout and only applies afterwards in the stripe window.

I’ve emailed you twice at the support email. I’m trying to migrate my purchase code over since the site it was used for is no longer in existence and I’m wanting to use it on a new site for booking and coupons.

When I tried to add the purchase code it states its still in use and to contact you if I need assistance in migrating it over to the new site.

I just installed your Coupon bookly plugin, and I added a 100% discount, but when paying, it says: This transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero.

Hi,

I installed your plugin, with Paypal payment settings. But when a customer clicks on next, the appointment is still reserved even though the customer has not paid. Can you help me ?

Thank you for your message.

This behavior occurs in case you use any payment gateways where the payment needs to be processed, for example, PayPal. However in case a customer reaches the payment process, and doesn’t complete it and just closes it, this behavior will also create an appointment with pending payment. To avoid having these types of appointments, you need to access Settings -> Payments -> PayPal -> Time interval of payment gateway -> 1h, and if the customers won’t pay in this period, the appointment will be rejected. Any email notifications won’t be sent. Appointments with the ‘rejected’ status don’t affect the staff schedule and don’t make timeslots busy.

How does the end user receive the coupon in order to use it within the booking system?

I am looking for a gift card type solution which can be purchased abd used with the booking system.

Hi,

Just purchased and installed the coupon plugin and activated on my client’s website but I am getting this error message when accessing the coupon menu under the main plugin:

DataTables warning: table id=bookly-coupons-list – Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/7

When trying to create a menu, the ajax button goes on for ever and no coupon is created. Pleas advice ASAP.

Hello, we have recently purchased a license for Coupons add-on for Bookly. Once bought and installed it tell us that it requires Bookly Pro 5.4. We need to deploy it on an environment where we have Bookly Pro 4.6 installed and we can’t update it fast.

Hi. I’ve purchased your bookly app and coupons addon and yeah, it’s working good! But now my client has new requirement and I don’t know if it’s possible to build with any of your addons.

I need to allow users to buy coupons for appointments. Not for specific reservation but just a coupon code so that user could give that code to someone else. Some kind of gift card. Do you have a solution for this? Thank you

I have set the bookly with pro addon to a custum url landingpage. But after booking Bookly does not redirect to that page.
