I purchased this authorize.net addon for Bookly for it’s so called seamless integration. After creating my forms and setting everything up I set up my sandbox authorize.net setting and nothing was working. Checkout wasn’t occurring. I reached out to Bookly support only to find out that this addon isn’t compatible with the new forms only the step by step old form. Why isn’t this in the description. This addon doesn’t work with any of the new forms. That is a HUGE missing detail. I would not have purchased this addon if this information was available to me. I would like a refund. I must find another way to use authorize.net because this plugin is limited to 1 basic form.

Recently, we have encountered an issue where we receive an error message: “The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match the billing address of the cardholder.” I have reviewed all possible causes for this error, but the problem remains unresolved.
I would like to discuss this matter with you to determine whether this is a common issue with the plugin, or if the error has only occurred in our case. Your assistance and recommendations regarding this problem would be extremely beneficial.

Hi I set all the Authorize.net API login id and transaction key, but when button clicks on after filling up all the credit card info, a message is shown saying “The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive”.
It happens for Test mode.

This message ‘The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive’ is coming from Authorize when Bookly sends the payment request. It seems that problem is in the Authorize credentials you set in the Bookly. Please contact the Authorize support team to solve the issue.
