Hello, I also bought it and have no answer on support ticket for 2 weeks now. I just made a new ticket about a responsive issue i have. Mobile devices cant see anything cause everythign becomes very small and there is large overlay info above it. Also floor plan click works on desktop but not on phone.
15 days and no answer. Not here not in their support page. Documentation sucks. Its a shame cause the plugin seems to be good.

what about my other question about elementor and CPTs? and another one you don’t seem to update much so basically as long as the wordpress compatibility is not affected you will not update. what about performance improvements?
this plugin does not have depth integration with elementor – you can use only shortcodes inside elementor pages. this plugin have compatibility with latest wordpress and it have good performance.
