Any known issue?
This error is usually caused if your DB is using STRICT MODE or something relative. If you have access to my.ini, you can just set sql_mode = ””, save it and restart MySQL. You can also do this in PHP.ini file. Please google how to disable strict mode for your DB.
This is the fastest solution but if you can’t do this. Let me know, then we’ll start the long process solution.

The script is not buggy. You literally complain about everything you didn’t set. You have to configure right it for it to work. If you had followed the instructions on the doc page, thing would have been easier. I have people that I did installation for and they never complained about anything after.

I click on FAQ option from home page and then it opens a link which says “404” . I click and I get 404 error and you are telling me that the script is fine
I am not blaming you for anything. You asked why it buggy and I explained that it’s only buggy to you; it working fine for others. Doing the installation for you doesn’t mean all setting was done. You are suppose to configure it the way you want. Now I want to help you but you refuse to follow simple instruction here. This is why it’s not working, you didn’t follow the instruction in the doc. If you can not provide access details there is nothing I can do.

Installation is different from configuration. I don’t know how else I will explain it to you. You have to configure it right (the way you want it, as described in the documentation). I install it for you NOT configure. If you send the access details, I will config the FAQ issue you are having. SIMPLE! There is no refund on this bro. I already stated it clearly in my description. I am ready to give you support; all you need to do is give access details via support ticket and everything will be resolved but NO you want to argue here.

As you can see it’s working perfectly and it’s what I’m also using. The developer might be doing something wrongly intentionally or unknowingly.

It depends. If the other script already uses the rewrite engine then no. Only one script can use the rewrite engine per folder.
Does your software have that. I want your software to be the frontfacing one, because of products ill be selling, and or services ill be offering. but then again, because the domain is short, i would like to have the same to handle URL redirects.
Yes this product has rewrite in use. You can either enable or disable it. However, I don’t see the possibility of what you want to achieve. You might as well just create a micro path for your shortner eg. tiny.ru/i/ and have tiny.ru as your home page

What do you mean by changing the design? Do you mean color or layout? and which of the theme are you talking about? Some themes have this feature already
your dockskit theme. I cannot change the homepage color and the layout as well
I will work on that (color) soonest. Initial, I didn’t have plans to make the color change because of the polygon look but I plan to make a way around that soon; even if for just some list of color gradients. That’s the default layout and I have no customization for that else it might create issue … What layout are you seeking..?

I am actually working on it. Doing multiple things at the same time. Remember I said “I will try to put it on medium priority list”. It’s on MEDIUM priority list. I need to finish major part of AuthorMATIC so I can launch other main products too.
I took time out to add the theme color option to Docskit. It’s now available. Just download and update when you get the notification. I will add more colors later
