Hi dear A pre-sale 2 question 1- We have in our wordpress website many departements and every departement have its presentation page. It doesn’t use any API. It uses AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) which has 80,000+ Questions & Answers of All Type. The Questions & Answers are stored in the AIML Folder where the chatbot get answers from.
