Advertised as supporting multisite, but no way of easily managing a master theme reflected across other sites. Very disappointing

This is definitely a version 1.0 product. It has the promise of being a great theme, but it's a little underdeveloped (not everything works, the UI is really difficult). I also had to take off another star because there's no (or very slow?) support.
